Can I send in my favorite photo?

What is the art technique used?
Sepia, pencil and paper roll technique on cotton based paper.
Our "classic" sepia style is drawn in warm brown/red tones. These tones bring our drawings to life and are best suited for children's portraits.

Can I order more than one portrait and is there a discount?
Yes, there are a few options. We can create a reproduction (see reproduction services) of the original hand drawing or we can create another unique drawing. We offer repeat buyer discounts please see our Pricing section.

Can more than one child be in a portrait?
Yes, you can submit individual photos of each child and they can be combined or you can submit a photo of the subjects together. Click here to see an example.

Do you offer other frame choices?
Today there is only one frame choice. Professionally matched to compliment the style of art. The unframed  portrait dimensions are 12 x 16 inches. Our artwork when framed measures 16 x 19 inches.

How big are the framed portraits?
Framed portraits are 16 x 19  inches. The unframed portrait dimensions are 12 x 16 inches.

How long does it take to get a portrait after photos are submitted?
About 8 weeks.

Can I preview the portrait?
Yes, you will be sent an email preview of your art.

Do you do family portraits?
Yes, Submit a group family photo or your favorite individual photos and we will combine them. Pricing is based on the number of faces. There is a limit to the number of faces we can do based on size.

Can revisions be made to the portrait?
Yes, we will redraw the portrait to your liking.
