Great portraits begin with great photos. You are very much part of the
process. Your photo selection is a critical first step!
- Pay more attention to expression rather
than setting.
- Photos should be from a digital camera or scanned photo.
- Avoid photos with shadows or dark areas.
- The higher resolution the better.
- The size of the face should be larger
than a quarter.
(We should be able to see detail, such as eye color)
